여론조사를 통해 시청 별관 증축 여부를 결정하자는 여수시의 요청에 대해 소관 상임위원회인 여수시의회 기획행정위원회가 반대입장을 공식화했다.

제주2공항 건설 여론조사는 사태 해결의 실마리가 되지 못했고, 광주지하철 2호선 건설 여론조사도 오히려 갈등의 불씨가 됐다는 분석이 나왔다.

 

이러한 의견은 기획행정위가 여론조사 실시 방안 마련을 위해 개최한 전문가 토론회에서 나왔다.

 

지난달 3일 시의회 소회의실에서 열린 토론회에는 리얼미터 조사분석본부 수석부장과 킹핀정책리서치 대표, 여수지역사회연구소 사회여론센터장 등이 참석했다.
